Custom Artwork Policy
This policy applies to all products in the shop that are customised for you.
Each piece of custom artwork is made to order especially for you. Ordering a piece of custom artwork is a personal, one-of-a-kind item that can add a touch of warmth to your home and makes a unique gift for someone special.
Ordering and receiving your custom artwork
When you have added your custom artwork to the Shopping Cart, you can add your custom word(s) and/or name in the “Add a note to seller” box on the Shopping Cart page.
You may also include any additional specifications for your custom artwork in the “Add a note to seller” box. Specifications may include information such as the orientation of the artwork, special characters, assigning colour choices (if ordering more than one piece of custom artwork at a time) etc. Please check each product description for their default specifications.
Once your custom order has been placed, you will receive a watermarked proof via email within 24 to 48 hours (please check each product description for exact turnaround times). The email address used to contact you will be the same as the one entered at checkout.
You will have one (1) opportunity to make any revisions to your custom artwork. Further revisions will be subject to additional costs. All revisions must be provided in writing. If no revisions are required and/or you are satisfied with your custom artwork after revisions have been made, final approval must be provided in writing. Processing and shipping will not proceed until final approval has been provided.
Once approval has been provided, please allow one (1) business day to process and send your custom artwork to you via email. You will receive a downloadable, high-resolution (300dpi) JPEG file via email. This will not incur any shipping costs.
Once approval has been provided, please allow one (1) business day to print and ship your custom artwork. You will receive an 8” x 10”, high-quality, digital colour print on 80lb (~225gsm) matte stock (unless otherwise specified). Shipping may take up to five (5) business days depending on your location, unless you select the “Express” option at checkout. International orders may take six (6) to 21 business days to arrive. Please see the Shipping and Return Policy for further information about shipping.
Processing times may increase during holiday and peak periods. Notification of longer processing times will be posted on the shop website and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) before you place your order. You will also be notified via email if your order processing time will be longer than the standard processing times and provided with an option to contact me with any queries regarding your order.
Returns and Refunds
There are no refunds or returns on any custom artwork products. However, if an item is damaged during transit and arrives in an unusable condition, please see the "Damaged Items" section of the Shipping and Return Policy.
Once an order has been placed, it can't be cancelled. Please read the Shipping and Return Policy for more information regarding returns and refunds.
Copyright and artwork usage
Custom artwork is made specially for you and is for personal use only. If you would like to use any artwork created by The Rosy Redhead for commercial purposes, please get in touch with me to discuss your requirements.
Mass production, selling, file sharing and commercial use of files/artwork are not permitted. You may not resell, copy, reproduce, distribute by electronic means or profit in any way from this design.
