What is The Rosy Redhead?
I created The Rosy Redhead to encourage positivity and to remind you we don’t need to overthink every little thing. That’s why I keep it all simple, fun and cheerful.
All the products you see in the shop are designed by me; drawn by hand and digitally edited to add colour. You can read more about me, the person behind the doodles, at the bottom of the home page.
Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are a retailer and would like to stock The Rosy Redhead products in your store. I would be happy to send you my wholesale portfolio.
Do you accept commission orders?
Yes! If you would like me to design something specific for you that is not available in the shop, please contact me so that we can discuss your project in more detail.
I am also open to brand collaborations, so please get in touch if you would like to work together on a project.
What is a Digital Download?
Some products in the shop are available to purchase as a digital download.
A digital download is an electronic file that is emailed to you. Instead of receiving a physical print, you will receive a high-resolution JPEG (300dpi) or PDF that you can instantly print at home or at your local print shop. This means minimal turnaround time on your item and no shipping costs! I recommend you print your digital download with a professional print shop to ensure you receive the best quality colours and image sharpness.
Which countries do you ship to?
I currently ship orders to various countries. I am slowly adding more countries, however if you don't see your country listed at checkout, please get in touch with me and I may add it to the list of destinations I ship to. Delivery times and shipping costs vary per country and tracking is available for some destinations. Duty/import taxes may also apply depending on your country. Stay up to date with The Rosy Redhead on Facebook and Instagram (@therosyredhead) to find out when new shipping destinations are added.
**Please note there are significant shipping delays and/or suspensions for international destinations due to the pandemic.**
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Free shipping is available in the US if your order totals at least $15.00. You must select the "Free Shipping" option from the shipping options menu during checkout, and tracking may or may not be included. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination if your order does not total $15.00.
International shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Lightweight items such as stickers are only $1.20 to ship internationally. International shipping rates for packages vary depending on the destination.
I keep shipping costs as low as possible for you by choosing to ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are established by USPS and I do not profit from any shipping costs you may need to pay. You can read the complete Shipping and Return Policy for more information.
There are no shipping costs for Digital Downloads.
How long will it take to receive my order?
**Please note shipping delays may occur due to the pandemic.**
Please allow an average of three business days to process your order for shipping. If shipping to the United States, it can take up to five days for your order to arrive (it will most likely arrive sooner than this, however I can’t guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has shipped). Shipping to international destinations can take up to four weeks. You can read the complete Shipping and Return Policy for more information.
If you ordered custom artwork, you will receive a proof via email within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
How can I track my order?
If you selected a shipping option with tracking, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that the "Free Shipping" option may not include tracking. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track your order on the USPS website. Limited tracking is available with some international destinations.

What payment methods do you accept?
The Rosy Redhead accepts all major credit cards and payments made through Paypal.
