What is The Rosy Redhead?
I created The Rosy Redhead to encourage positivity and to remind you we don’t need to overthink every little thing. That’s why I keep it all simple, fun and cheerful.
All the products you see in the shop are designed by me; drawn by hand and digitally edited to add colour. You can read more about me, the person behind the doodles, at the bottom of the home page.
Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are a retailer and would like to stock The Rosy Redhead products in your store.
Do you accept commission orders?
Yes! If you would like me to design something specific for you that is not available in the shop, please contact me so that we can discuss your project in more detail.
I am always open to brand collaborations, so please get in touch if you would like to work together on a project.
What is a Digital Download?
Some products in the shop are available to purchase as a digital download.
A digital download is an electronic file that is emailed to you. Instead of receiving a physical print, you will receive a high-resolution JPEG (300dpi) that you can instantly print at home or at your local print shop. This means minimal turnaround time on your item and no shipping costs! All digital downloads are sent in 8.5” x 11” size to make it super easy for you to print from home, however please specify whether you would like a different size when you place your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
I currently ship orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Additional shipping destinations will be added in the near future. Delivery times and shipping costs vary per country and tracking is available for some destinations. Duty/import taxes may also apply depending on your country. How much will it cost to ship my order?
If you are shipping to the United States and your shopping cart totals $15.00 or over, you qualify for free shipping! You must select the "Free Shipping" option from the shipping options menu during checkout.
International shipping costs are based on weight and destination. However, for a limited time only, international customers will be offered a “flat rate” during checkout. This means that no matter how many items you order, you will only pay a capped shipping rate (rate varies per country).
I keep shipping costs as low as possible for you by choosing to ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are established by USPS and I do not profit from any shipping costs you may need to pay. You can read the complete Shipping and Return Policy for more information.
There are no shipping costs for Digital Downloads.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow an average of three business days to process your order for shipping. If shipping to the United States, it can take up to five days for your order to arrive (it will most likely arrive sooner than this, however I can’t guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has shipped). If you prefer to receive your order faster than this, you can select the Express Flat Rate shipping option at checkout. Shipping to international destinations can take up to 4 weeks. If you ordered custom artwork, you will receive a proof via email within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track your order on the USPS website. Limited tracking is available with some international destinations.
There is a problem with my order, what can I do?

What payment methods do you accept?
The Rosy Redhead accepts all major credit cards and payments made through Paypal. There is also an option for you to use PayPal Express if you prefer.
